Build a Better Package
Build a Better Package is an interactive customer focus event that provides customers with an overview of the conference center concept and the key points that differentiate conference centers from hotels and other meeting facility providers. After an introductory educational component, participants are placed in small work groups and debate the importance of 50 (or more) possible package components. These components are presented in a card format. Each card is rated by group consensus on a scale of 1-10. After the group completes their task they enjoy a short break at the property’s continuous break area. When they return, the results of their work is presented in a prioritized format and discussed as a full group. The program ends with the opportunity for the participants to enjoy a lunch in the conferee dining room and take a tour of the property.
Customer Loyalty through Understanding Expectations
CLUEd In is an innovative TURN-KEY program designed to get at the heart of what really affects a customer’s meeting venue buying decision. In a two-hour customer focus group format, venues are able to expose potential new customers to their product, learn about the customers’ perceptions of their product, and gain insights into the important
elements of their buying decisions.
Facilitated by a highly skilled, objective third party in a closed door session, customers will be asked a series of questions designed to uncover beliefs and perceptions about the host property, as well as issues related to how their purchase decisions are made.
