TME follows a “PFP” or Pay for Performance business model which means TME only gets paid if they are successful at driving business for their property partners. TME is NOT in the representation business; there are no retainer fees and no promises that can be broken. For TME, success is all about our ability to build relationships with customers and help those customers find exceptional locations for their meetings.

TME works with owners and operators that are dedicated to providing meeting environments that are best suited to help customers achieve the outcome of changing the behavior of meeting attendees. It is only through the ability to change behavior that a meeting attendee can become more professional, more knowledgeable and better able to help their organization become more successful. Properties that meet the TME “Meeting Excellence Criteria” and agree to provide meeting amenities that support successful outcomes are invited to become an In-Network member of the TME collection.
Building Strong Partnerships with Customers
TME is constantly focused on building strong partnerships with customers by providing a variety of services that begins with education. By educating customers on the advantages and disadvantages of various meeting venue choices, customers are better able to make the right choices for each meeting. Customers seeking to achieve the outcome of changing behavior are drawn to the properties that are in the TME’s Network. This does not mean that TME will not place a meeting at an Out-of-Network property; the clients’ desires are always accommodated.
